When will I get my credit?
If it becomes necessary to issue a credit or refund it will be done so with a store credit. We do not issue credits or refunds to a credit card unless the item(s) are unable to ship. You will be issued a Store Credit # in order to redeem that credit or refund on a future order.
If your item was unable to ship then the time it takes for your credit to appear on your account varies depending on your credit type. The table below will help you to approximate how much time you will need to allow for your credit to be processed. Scroll to the bottom of the table to see your credit type calculated for you.
